All Seers are required to report to the Citadel on the 15th of every month to upload their visions into the system. Based on the visions of all contributing Seers, Cassandra will hone, refine and extrapolate to give as clear a prediction as possible of upcoming events. This is mandatory for every student blessed with the Sight and aware of their powers. The upload requires students to stand in a metal tube for about 15 minutes. Cookies and juice are provided after the upload. Students who attempt to shirk their duty will be recovered by the Golems. These students do not get cookies and juice.

The first vision is almost too unclear to show anything at all: simply a red light, so overwhelmingly bright that it obscures everything and anything else. A shape, or a symbol, is slowly becoming clearer; its shape is circular, but its details are blurry. It superimposes itself faintly on places around the world, though what those places are are yet to be determined.

The second vision is simply a scene of Utultar, walking with purpose towards an unknown destination. The vision flickers, and the destination changes; sometimes a city, or a village. A forest, the mountains, even somewhere in the sky. Unlike last month’s vision, he seems far less at ease.

Lastly, Cassandra itself whirs alarmingly before showing a vision of the childlike former herald that the Academy rescued some months past. The vision focuses, rather unsteadily, on them, before they announce cheerily that their new name is “Iriceli Ruya Noam Squiggly Kagami Cyan Plantain St. Pearl-Voidington, but any of those are a-o-kay! That is how you say it, yes?” before the machine goes back to normal.
