Rampage Plot Update

There seems to be some persistent confusion about the start date of the Unchain Your Heart plot, which I've addressed as I've seen it but I want to make sure to clear it up: the plot ICly began as of the end of spring break. There's not going to be a central post for it due to its ongoing nature, so people are free to make their own posts with or without my input.
