Welcome to the Pre-Game AU Planning Meme for Daybreak Academy! This post is intended to help prospective players plot their AU and figure out who their characters are in this setting and where they want to go, as well as work together with other players to plan future CR, build Secret Societies and Clubs, and generally determine where they want to start their characters, and where they want them to go. In addition to posting up the form, you are encouraged to tag around to other people's forms and discuss potential CR and plans with them. This post is an open forum for all prospective players to hash out interesting ideas for their characters ahead of joining the game.

Not sure where to start? Feel free to look through the Premise and FAQ for notes on what the game is about, and what to expect. We also encourage you to take a look at our information for in-setting Powers and Secret Societies to help flesh out your character's backstory.

Kano would be a shit child to have to raise so they're even!! What are things Michael values that he'd want from a human? It could be something as simple as having possession of Kano's soul when he dies, or I was looking at this list if any ping you-- I was just reading the last one "Sit by the bedside of a dying man or woman, and tell them a bad joke. Make sure it's the last thing they ever hear." and they're terrible lmfao

Oooh, I really like the ones about being able to watch the mortal whenever they want. Whether through a scrying object Kano has to keep with him, or just being able to literally see through Kano's eyes when he likes? It's the sort of thing he might have done just out of his curiosity about humankind, and could have also led to him showing up to interfere sometimes and then getting invested. It's like watching a TV show, except you get to go mess with things if you don't like how it's going!

He wouldn't have as much cause to do it anymore, now that they're living in the same space, so we could just handwave him not really paying attention to what Kano's doing now unless we want him to.

Allowing Michael to see through his eyes sounds like an interesting way to go, let's do that! esp since Kagerou is all about "eye powers" and Kano having red eyes that marks him as a monster- that'll translate well into a demon contract. (imagine him staring hard at his homework and going "Michael... help...")
