Welcome to the Pre-Game AU Planning Meme for Daybreak Academy! This post is intended to help prospective players plot their AU and figure out who their characters are in this setting and where they want to go, as well as work together with other players to plan future CR, build Secret Societies and Clubs, and generally determine where they want to start their characters, and where they want them to go. In addition to posting up the form, you are encouraged to tag around to other people's forms and discuss potential CR and plans with them. This post is an open forum for all prospective players to hash out interesting ideas for their characters ahead of joining the game.

Not sure where to start? Feel free to look through the Premise and FAQ for notes on what the game is about, and what to expect. We also encourage you to take a look at our information for in-setting Powers and Secret Societies to help flesh out your character's backstory.

I think I'll be dropping him out of being a teacher, since social interaction is a weak spot of his and since we have so many people who are interested in teaching, but he'll be a previous student who is back either as a TA or something.

He would have been traveling to further his research on creatures/familiars/daemon and the sort, so the man is an absolute lover of everything and probably has plentiful of unnecessary knowledge on them if Yuya wants to hear his rambles.

No promises Yuya retains all of said rambling, but he'll at least listen. Though he might be able to offer Newt some insight back on his own experiences from the tamers he grew up with in Japan, to add to his research!

He wouldn't be the first person who didn't probably retain some or most of Newt's rambling, so don't worry Yuya.

Newt probably will be wading through plenty enough as is from his travels, so he probably won't be asking much from others (that and he's a smidge too awkward to ask others anything).
