Welcome to the Pre-Game AU Planning Meme for Daybreak Academy! This post is intended to help prospective players plot their AU and figure out who their characters are in this setting and where they want to go, as well as work together with other players to plan future CR, build Secret Societies and Clubs, and generally determine where they want to start their characters, and where they want them to go. In addition to posting up the form, you are encouraged to tag around to other people's forms and discuss potential CR and plans with them. This post is an open forum for all prospective players to hash out interesting ideas for their characters ahead of joining the game.

Not sure where to start? Feel free to look through the Premise and FAQ for notes on what the game is about, and what to expect. We also encourage you to take a look at our information for in-setting Powers and Secret Societies to help flesh out your character's backstory.

I just want Gunvolt to meet Ren in some way, shape or form because

HELL YES someone has played this game other than me! I didn't get very far but I did like it a lot.

Oh man, someone else played it. I know exactly two other people who has played Gunvolt (and one was the person who got me into it in the first place) so finding someone else who has, even just a bit, is great!

So yes, absolutely, this boy will meet Ren somehow and hang out and eventually get to be friends. Maybe initial bonding over equipment or something?

Gunvolt is better spiritual successor to Mega Man than Mighty No. 9.

Ren does carry some sweet gun/knives. So totally bonding over equipment.

It totally is. Hell, until Mega Man 11 came about, it was pretty much the best successor to all the Mega Man games, and even then, it can still stand toe-to-toe with Mega Man 11, and that's not something I say lightly.

And if Ren ever needs some upgrades done, there's always rune inscription too, which GV's pretty solid at.
